Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (available at checkout where offered)

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders of $99 or more ship free within the contiguous United States.

Delays and Backorders

Carriers may experience delays outside our control. In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship your order within 30 days of the promised time, we will contact you and you may choose to wait or cancel for a prompt, full refund.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at info@zenqavo.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
