SMS Marketing Terms & Consent

These terms apply to promotional text messages sent by or on behalf of Zenqavo INC. By opting in, you agree to these terms. Receiving marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

1. How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box at registration or checkout, or by texting a designated keyword to our campaign number. Consent boxes are never pre-selected — you must actively choose to subscribe.

2. What You Will Receive

New arrival announcements
Seasonal sale and promotion alerts

3. Message Frequency

Frequency varies; typically 4–8 messages per month. Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) are sent separately as part of your orders.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any marketing message to unsubscribe immediately
Reply HELP for help with your subscription

After opting out, you may still receive transactional messages related to orders you have placed.

5. Costs and Carrier Terms

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Delivery is subject to the terms of your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

How we handle your mobile number and message data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
